Testimonial: Esther, We had the table assembled today and it's fabulous, even better that we ever hoped it would be -- we couldn't be more pleased!!!! As you can now see, it's for a banquette in our kitchen. And as you may also be able to tell, it's a pretty high end kitchen, with Wolf stove, Subzero refrigerator, and marble backsplash -- while not your typical diner motif, the table fits in perfectly! - I hope you can see just how well the laminate on the top and sides of the table goes with the marble backsplash all around the kitchen. And the black feet blend perfectly with the black baseboard, while the chrome pedestal perfectly matches all of the chrome pulls on the cabinets! We were originally considering a Caesar Stone table top to match the tops of the kitchen counters. But not only would that have cost almost ten times what the New Retro table cost, but because of the weight of Caesar stone, it would have required two pedestals which would have made seating in our small banquette very difficult, and would also have made moving the table very difficult which would have been a problem if we wanted to get to the drawers below the banquette seat. The table is perfect. Thank you. And thanks again also for all of your help and guidance as we went through so many iterations before arriving at this particular size table and this pedestal and this laminate!!! You guys are the best, a real pleasure to deal with! |
